The ultra-fast picosecond glass laser cutting machine adopts
easy-to-control non-contact and
low-pollution technology to achieve high-precision cutting.

Adopted Picosecond IR Ultra-fast Lasers are robust and affordable, it produces high energy pulses with durations below 10 ps.

The laser is based on a hybrid optical amplier architecture that combines the advantages of fiber laser technology with solid state diode pumped multi-pass ampliers.

Compact and water-cooled, this laser is low maintenance and never needs realignment. With burst mode optional, it could be suitable for variety applications with low cost!

Dual-platform processing saves loading and unloading time.

For materials with relatively simple cutting patterns, the asynchronous loading and unloading structure can double the processing capacity.

The whole set of equipment realizes the highly integrated glass material from the material frame reclaiming to the laser cutting and the cutting down to the material frame, which can realize the unmanned operation of the whole process.

Equipped with CCD vision scanning, automatic target positioning, offset
correction compensation, unlimited correction, the maximum processing
range is 750mm×550mm.

Adopt linear motor, imported digital grating ruler, makes the machine
with high precision.

Gantry structure and marble working table, twice grinding process, high precision and stability.

Support a variety of visual positioning features
such as crosses, solid circles, hollow circles, L-shaped right-angle edges, image feature points, etc.

Stable performance,
